Selection criteria
The stages of the evaluation procedure will be as follows:
- Evaluation of the exclusion criteria(e.g. bankruptcy, non-payment of taxes, serious breach of contract...)
- Evaluation of the selection criteria (aselection criteria consists in tree elements):
- The criterio: e.g. financial capacity, experience
- The minumum level or minimum requeriment
- The relevant supporting documents
- Evaluation of the award crietria(the most economically advantageous tender based on criteria such as:
- Quality (40%)
- Prices (30%)
- Years of experience; technical merit (10%)
- Years of guarantee;after-sales service (20%)
